Return & Exchange Policy

Orders Shipped Within Canada

Returns are accepted for orders shipped to Canada only. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Please note that in-store refunds are not available.

You may return your unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items, with tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a full refund.
Returns attempted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
To avoid shipping fees, online purchases may also be returned in-store.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our standards. Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or missing tags will be sent back to the customer.


In-Store Pickups

For in-store pickup orders, the 14-day return or exchange period begins on the date the pickup notification email is sent, not the date of collection.
Returns or exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted.


Orders Shipped Outside of Canada

All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewellery
  • Sunglasses
  • Socks
  • Gift cards


Sale & Discounted Merchandise

All sale items and any items purchased using a discount codepromotional offer, or discounted price are considered final sale.
No refunds will be issued for these items.

  • For orders shipped to your address, sale and discounted items may be exchanged in-store only within 14 days of delivery.
  • For in-store pickup orders, the exchange period is 14 days from the date the pickup notification email is sent.

After these periods, no exchange or refund will be accepted.

Please note we do not offer price adjustments for items purchased at a regular price before the start of any sale.


Refund Processing

To process an exchange or refund, please contact us immediately to verify your order. After your purchase is verified, send us back the original merchandise, once we receive the item, we will then process the refund.

Once your return has been approved and received, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), including applicable taxes.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. Once issued, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@letrunkshop.com before disposing of or returning the product or its packaging.
Failure to do so may result in your return request being denied.
