SHIPPING
Due to recent changes in export regulations to the United States, we are unfortunately unable to process shipments to this destination at the moment.
All orders placed from the United States will therefore not be fulfilled and will be automatically refunded.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
We offer three separate options (from the lowest to the highest price):

SURFACE shipping: Package sent by land, 3 days to 2 weeks to arrive. In Canada, the shipping service is ChitChats. NOTE: if the package is lost, we do not replace or refund the original amount

AIR Shipping: Shipped by air. NOTE: if the package is lost, we do not replace or refund the original amount
Once the order is paid for in our online shop, the parcel will be sent in the following days.
Le Trunkshop processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number (if applicable).
Le Trunkshop uses ChitChats for shipments.
Taxes and Duties are not calculated at checkout and you, the customer is responsible for paying these Taxes and Duties if applicable. These are not calculated by Le Trunkshop and any refusals or return shipping will not be reimbursed.
*Le Trunkshop will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by ChitChats or any other third party services used.
