All purchases shipped outside of Canada and USA are FINAL SALE
We offer three separate options (from the lowest to the highest price):
- SURFACE shipping: Package sent by land, takes 1-2 months to arrive, no tracking number provided. NOTE: if the package is lost, we do not replace or refund the original amount.
- AIR Shipping WITHOUT tracking number: Shipped by air, no tracking number provided. NOTE: if the package is lost, we do not replace or refund the original amount
- AIR shipping WITH tracking number: Shipped by air, tracking number provided and Delivery Confirmation included
Once the order is paid for in our online shop, the parcel will be sent in the following days. Le Trunkshop processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Packages ship from our office in Montreal, Canada.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number (if applicable).
Le Trunkshop uses Canada Post for shipments.
Taxes and Duties are not calculated at checkout and you, the customer is responsible for paying these Taxes and Duties if applicable. These are not calculated by Le Trunkshop and any refusals or return shipping will not be reimbursed.
*Le Trunkshop will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by Canada Post or any other third party services used.
We’re excited to share that as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impacts we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders.
In-Store Pickup
You also have the option of receiving your item at our store FREE OF CHARGE. All orders will be ready for pickup at our Mont-Royal store:

How does in-store pickup works?
- Place your order online and select in-store pickup;
- You will be notified by email when your order is ready;
- When you arrive please come into the store and address our store associate;
- Please have a photo ID (or card used with the purchase) and your order number ready. You will be required to show it in order to claim your order.
Please do not present yourself if you have not yet received an email confirming that the order is ready to be picked up.
How long does it takes?
- 2 business days for processing and 3-4 business days after.
AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes an article which you ordered may be out of stock. If ever this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything that prevents us from delivering your order.
Returns/Refunds
At Le Trunkshop, we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you wish to return an item, please read our online return policy carefully:
IN-STORE PURCHASE:
Items bought in-store are non-refundable. Exchange or credit note of items within 7 days following the date of purchase. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required. Store credit remains valid until used. Returns attempted after 14 days will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange request if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Returns for merchandise showing any sign of use (worn, damaged, stained or missing its hang tag) will not be processed and will be sent back to the customer.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Returns are only valid for orders shipped to Canada and USA. All items shipped outside of Canada and USA are final sale.*
Within 14 days following the receipt of your order, you are welcome to return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached, to receive a full refund. Returns attempted after 14 days will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for the shipment costs of returns or exchanges. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost-effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. If you'd like to avoid shipping fee, online returns can also be made in-store.
Please note that the following items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for other sale items or items of equal (or plus) value : Jewelry, Sunglasses, Underwear, Socks, Sale items, Gift cards, and any items bought with discount codes, discount prices or during promotions.
To process an exchange or refund, please contact us immediately to verify your order. After your purchase is verified, send us back the original merchandise, once we receive the item, we will then process the refund.

Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded the amount for the returned item(s), including taxes. The original delivery fees are not refundable. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as for the original purchase. Once the money has been refunded, It will take 5 business days for the money to be deposited in your account

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you should receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@letrunkshop.com before destroying or throwing away the product or the packaging. Doing otherwise could cause us to refuse your return request.
Most items come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.
Exchanges
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Regular price items:

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us first to request an RA (return authorization) number then please send back the item(s) to our Head Office address (5333 Casgrain, Suite #911) or present yourself at our store location (251 Mont-Royal Est.). Please note that the following criterias has to be met:
- The exchange is within the 14 days following the reception of your order;
- The items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached.
*Note: Final sale items can only be exchanged for other sale items or items of equal (or plus) value (once accepted).
Final Sale
All items shipped outside of Canada and USA are FINAL SALE.
Final sale items (ordered online) can only be exchanged for other sale items or items of equal (or plus) value in-store (once accepted). Please note that final sale items that are 50% off and above cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased at a regular price before the start of any sale.
